The line that shows up most in our reviews is that we recommend what’s right rather than what costs most. Sometimes that’s a few units of a wrinkle relaxer instead of a package.

Before you book
Completely. A lot of the people we treat thought about it for a year before booking, and most of the nerves are about ending up looking overdone. Say that out loud at your appointment — it changes how your injector plans the treatment, and starting conservative is always an option.
Because a unit isn’t the same size across products. Some are dosed in smaller units, so it takes more of them to treat the same area. A lower per-unit price doesn’t automatically mean a lower total — ask for the full cost of your treatment rather than comparing unit prices between products.
Not if the dose is right. The goal is to use only what’s needed to soften a line while keeping your expression intact, and to start low. You can add more at a follow-up; you can’t take it away. If you want to keep full brow movement, say so.
It’s medically supervised, not something you add to a cart. You meet the weight loss team first for an evaluation, and anything prescribed or recommended comes out of that visit. If it isn’t a fit for you, we’ll say so.
Neurotoxins: essentially none — small bumps settle within hours. Filler: swelling for two to three days, worst the morning after. Microneedling: a day or two of redness like a mild sunburn. As a rule, don’t book anything within two weeks of a wedding or a big event.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding rule out injectables, most energy-based treatments, and the weight loss program. Some medications mean waiting. Bring your medication list to the consultation and we’ll sort it out before anything is scheduled.
